Easy Return
YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RECEIPT
To proceed with the return of the product send an email with the order number and the reason for return, and wait for confirmation from the Staff of Fabio Ferro. Inside the package put everything that has been previously sent and arrange for the shipment of the item via traceable courier notifying us of the tracking number. The refund will be made in the same way in which the product was paid deducting any shipping costs and fees of payment methods. The return, charged to the buyer, will be accepted only if in perfect condition as shipped, so not used and with the same packaging complete in all its parts, including Tax Receipt. Please note: Returns cannot be accepted for items ordered in agreement and on commission with the customer, or custom made jewelry with prior written estimate ( commissioned rings type wedding rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces of our handcrafted production ). We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased in the appropriate Outlet categories; that have been custom/tailor-made or specially ordered, such as watch parts.
CUSTOMIZED/CUSTOM PRODUCTS – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
The Client is given the opportunity to put the bracelet of watches or the size of rings to size. In this case, the Customer must specify the wrist or finger size.
In cases of Customized Products, the shipping time mentioned in the above may be longer than the standard.
The right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED, in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c, of the Consumer Code, since these are customized and personalized Products.
RETURNS
The refund will be made after the return is validated by Fabio Ferro staff, within five business days of receipt of the merchandise. Payment will be reversed using the same method used for the order. Re-credit times will depend on the payment method itself. The refunded amount will not include any shipping/wrapping fees and fees of the payment methods used.

Inside the item or jewelry is the certificate indicating the duration and terms of the warranty. Validity starts from the date of issuance of the tax receipt/invoice attached to the object.
